Bill has many years of experience in all facets of the optical industry. He is a wealth of knowledge when recommending lenses and isn't too bad in the fashion stakes. His skills on the mechanical side of optics mean we fit most of our jobs in-store. 

Bill's time away from the practice is spent holidaying with his wife, and he is a keen runner. 

Ally Jones

Ally is a qualified Optical Dispenser with over 30 years of experience in the optical industry. Ally is the frame buyer for the practice and gains great pleasure in matching the perfect frame for customers' needs. Having a technical background, Ally is adept at recommending the best lens for all your visual needs. 

In her time off, Ally loves cooking, hiking and spending time with her family. 

Rachel Palmer

From the first meet and greet, Rachel loves to spend time getting to know her customers. Frame styling is definitely a passion of hers, alongside her excellent customer service skills. If there is a particular frame you want, Rachel is sure to find it.

Rachel's down time is spent with family including her fur kids. Rachel also enjoys revamping and upcycling furniture.
