What We’re Doing to Protect You

Bay Optical has resumed regular services from Monday to Friday while continuing to follow COVID-safe practices to protect the community. Our additional safety measures include:


  • Disinfecting all equipment and hard surfaces between patients
  • Asking patients to sanitise their hands upon arrival
  • Team members sanitising and washing their hands before and after each patient interaction
  • Limiting the number of people in waiting rooms
  • Requesting that patients who test positive for COVID-19 or have any symptoms reschedule their appointments
